Please note all return shipping costs need to be covered by the customer except in cases where the item is confirmed to be faulty by our team. $12.95 will be deducted from your refund / store credit if you choose to use our returns label. Alternatively, you can choose to ship via your own methods.
On the rare occasion that you receive a faulty garment, please reach out to our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the item to organise a return.
We do not accept returns on the following:
- Items marked as Final Sale
All products must be returned in the following condition
- Unworn
- Tags attached
- In original packaging
- Without perfume or deodorant smells
- Without makeup or fake tan marks
- Swimwear and Bodysuits are to be tried on wearing undergarments and the protective hygiene sticker must remain intact. Returns will not be accepted if the hygiene sticker has been removed or altered.
If the returned garment/s do not match the above condition we will contact you to provide further details.
Seacycle Swim reserves the right to reject any return if the garment has been returned back to us not in its original condition. Any garment/s returned to us that have been worn, soiled or damaged in any way or form will be rejected of a refund or store credit.
You will be given the option to pay for the goods to be returned back to you.
STEPS TO CREATE A RETURN -Australian Customers
1. Please use the link here to use our return portal. We will only accept returned item(s) that have been booked using our returns portal.
2. Enter your order number and email address
3. Select the items you wish to return and press next
4. Choose a return reason and press next
5. Select the return method as refund (if item was full priced) or store credit and confirm
6. Your Return Request will be sent to head office for approval
7. Once approved you will receive the steps on how to return your garment/s back to us via email
Please note Seacycle Swim do NOT cover the cost of returning garment/s back to our head office.
Once Seacycle Swim receives your return back to our Head Office please allow up to 3-5 business days for your return to be processed* any return sent to us that has not been authorised or has not submitted a return may be rejected and sent back to its sender.

RETURNS AND PROCESSING DELAYS
Once your return has been tracked as delivered. Please allow up to 3-5 business days for processing.
STORE CREDITS/GIFT CARDS
- When your return is processed you will receive a refund / store credit for the amount you paid for the item at the time of purchase minus the shipping fee if you choose to use our label
- You will receive refund or an email containing your store credit
- Store Credits do not expire.
- Gift Cards / Store Credits can be used in conjunction with Sale Items and site wide
RETURNS WITH AFTERPAY / KLARNA
If you submit a return for something you have purchased using AfterPay as the payment method, you will be issued a refund / gift card for the full amount of the unwanted item unless the item is deemed to have a fault by our returns team. You will continue to be charged by AfterPay until you have paid all your instalments
FAULTS
If you have received your garment with a fault or received the incorrect garment please contact sales@seacycleswim.com and in your original email please include pictures of the fault within 7 days of receiving your garment/s. Once the item has been deemed faulty/incorrect by a customer service team member, you're able to return the item for a store credit, refund or replacement. Our team will be able to provide you with information on how to return the item. Please note - All orders are inspected thoroughly for faults before dispatch by our QC team
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
- Please email internationalreturns@seacycleswim.com to lodge your return.
- International returns will be issued with a store credit once received back to our warehouse.
- Seacycle Swim do not cover the cost of returns
- Due to current restrictions, return costs for international customers are higher than average
- We recommend obtaining tracking on your return parcel, as Seacycle Swim is not responsible if your return goes missing in delivery
Please consider your purchases carefully and refer to our size guide, having to return your items is very costly to little businesses.
FULL PRICE ORDERS
Full priced items are eligible for refunds. We do not reimburse for return shipping.
All refunds are given of the full price value of the item minus the initial shipping cost of the order (If you qualified for free shipping but are sending back your order, we minus the shipping cost ($7.95) of your order.
Restocking Fee Policy: To cover operational expenses, a restocking fee of $5 will be charged for all returns. This is to cover the shipping materials (all recycled), the warehouse labor it takes to pack, send, resteaming, and restock your items, administrative tasks to adjust website inventories, website costs and fees.
Restocking Fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Exemptions include store credit, defective/damaged products, and errors on our part.Please allow up to 3-4 business days for your return to be processed during sale periods.
Please note that we do not refund shipping costs.
Returns On Free shipping Promotions - If you are returning items that had a free shipping offer, and your return/s have your order fall below the free shipping offer or you return the item that had postage included, a refund or store credit is processed less the postage that would have been applied.
SALE / DISCOUNTED ORDERS
Items that were not purchased at full price, ie they are a sale item, or were discounted with a promotional code / during a promotional sale period (such as our Black Friday Sale) are not eligible for a refund, but can be returned in exchange for store credit.
Items that are marked as "Final Sale" are none returnable, they will not be restocked and cannot be accepted as a return - no exceptions.
If items bought with a discount code are returned, you will be issued a store credit of the amount that you paid. We do not allow a further discount code alongside any store credit.
